David runs the Company Creation Studio at Oxeon where the team designs, builds and launches purpose-built healthcare companies. We build these companies independently or in partnership with entrepreneurs-in-residence or co-developed with outside healthcare companies including leading health systems, health plans or technology or service companies. Companies developed inside the Oxeon Venture Studio include Docent Health, Risalto, Empiric Health, Strive Health and most recently Eleanor Health.

David is also Co-Founder and General Partner of Town Hall Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in solutions that serve underserved and medically vulnerable populations.
