Gina Bartasi

Founder & CEO

Kindbody

Gina Bartasi is a seasoned entrepreneur and four-time CEO with over 20 years of experience in health tech, and a proven track record of leading disruptive businesses through startup, M&A and rapid growth stages. In 2009, Gina founded Fertility Authority, a globally recognized digital media platform for those struggling with fertility issues. In 2014, Gina was recruited by Kleiner Perkins and TPG Biotech to oversee the merger of Fertility Authority with life sciences company, Auxogyn, turning the combined entity into Progyny. As Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Progyny, Gina and the team created the first end-to-end fertility benefit solution to self-insured employers. Today, Progyny is the leading fertility benefits provider serving 14 of the top 32 Fortune 100 companies; and in 2017, CNBC ranked Progyny as #13 in their Top 50 Disrupter list. After three successful exits, Gina is recognized as an innovator in the field of women’s health, and as a dynamic leader who can analyze complex issues and take decisive action. Gina now believes that only three things matter in healthcare: experience, outcome, and costs, and that to affect any of these, you must be in the actual provision of services. Gina founded Kindbody in early 2018 to build the first one-stop women’s health shop providing fertility, gyneocology, and wellness services under one roof. Kindbody is reinventing the patient experience through boutique retail and mobile locations where today’s women lives and works, tech-enabled care, decreased costs, and total transparency.
