For many years, Michelle has worked for large companies in various roles within Human Resources, predominantly in the Benefits field. Michelle currently serves as Sr. Director – Global Benefits at FIS. FIS is one of the world’s largest international providers of financial services technology and outsourcing services with annual revenue in excess of $9 billion. FIS serves more than 20,000 clients in over 130 countries and employees 52,000 employees in 43 countries. In her current role, Michelle has responsibility for all Health & Welfare, Wellness and Defined Contribution Plans in the US for 18,000 employees. Working in conjunction with Regional Benefit Managers on her Team, she is responsible for the benefit plans and pension schemes outside of the US for 34,000 employees in 42 countries. Michelle participates on The People Office Leadership Team, the M&A Leadership Team and has served on the Board of Directors of Delta Dental of PA since 2015.
